Effective date: October 31, 2026 | www.deisticdevelopers.com
This document concerns the Deistic Developers website. Construction work, when accepted, is governed by a separate project agreement.
1. About the website
www.deisticdevelopers.com is operated by an individual doing business as Deistic Developers, a California sole proprietorship ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to use of the website and its general information, not to the performance of a construction project. By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
2. Information is not a binding offer
Service descriptions, articles, photos, renderings, examples, prices, schedules, and other website content are provided for general information. They are not a guaranteed price, final scope of work, professional architectural or engineering opinion, or promise that a project is possible or will be approved. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to correction. Confirm important details with us before relying on them.
3. Inquiries, estimates and project contracts
Sending a message, submitting a form, scheduling a conversation, or receiving a preliminary estimate does not create a construction contract or guarantee that we will accept a project. A project is governed by its own separate written agreement and required legal disclosures. Only commitments set out in the applicable executed project agreement control the actual work. Nothing in these website Terms changes a signed agreement.
4. Permits, conditions and projected outcomes
Project scope, schedule, and cost may change based on measurements, site or hidden conditions, codes, zoning, inspections, utilities, materials, weather, and approvals. We do not guarantee permit approval, solar savings or incentives, ADU rental income, property value increases, energy savings, or identical results to images shown online. Any project-specific responsibilities must be addressed in the separate construction agreement.
5. Responsible website use and submissions
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or submit unlawful or misleading material. If you send plans, photos, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and permit us to review and use it only as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or evaluate requested services. Do not send sensitive financial or identity records through the general contact form.
6. Website materials and outside links
Website text, logos, photographs and other content belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You may view or print website pages for personal evaluation of our services. Links to third-party sites or messaging platforms are provided for convenience. We do not control those third parties or their content or privacy practices.
7. Website availability and limited disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and available, but the website may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not assume liability for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from reliance on general website content or from site unavailability, to the extent such limitations are lawful. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not apply to obligations or claims arising from actual construction work.
8. Customer rights and construction obligations
These Terms do not waive California contractor licensing requirements (California Contractor License #913718), mandatory disclosures, written contract requirements, cancellation rights, applicable warranties, consumer remedies, or other nonwaivable legal rights. Any actual construction project must be handled under its own compliant agreement.
9. Privacy
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled.
10. California law and contact
California law governs these website Terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Any website-related dispute may be heard in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue. We do not require arbitration under these website Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective to the extent lawful. We may update these Terms for future website use by posting a new effective date. Questions: [email protected].
